At Visuri Beds LTD, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, this policy explains your rights and how to return an item.


1. Your Right to Cancel

  • Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.

  • To exercise your right, you must notify us in writing (by email or letter) before the cancellation period expires.


2. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • For hygiene reasons, mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, and bedding cannot be returned once opened/unsealed, unless they are faulty or misdescribed.

  • Any custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable, unless faulty.


3. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We may request photos and details of the issue to help resolve the matter quickly.

  • Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.


4. Return Process

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization number.

  3. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.


5. Return Costs

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).

  • Delivery charges (standard shipping) will be refunded if you cancel within the cooling-off period.

  • Additional delivery services (e.g., express shipping, assembly, or room-of-choice delivery) are non-refundable.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the product under this policy and place a new order.
